Our staffs clean rooms and change the bed sheet every day, rooms are spotlessly clean. All staffs can speak fluent English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese language.

Guest is provided with personal digital access key tag. To ensure highest security to our customers, entrances and every aisle in our hostel are equipped with 24 hours video surveillance system.

In our building, a group of security guards team with uniform are patrolling 24 Hours every day. Security check is performing every night at the entrance of the building's basement. If you come back late after mid-night, you need to fill in a form or show your passport, or ID card or hotel staying certificate to our security guards of the building.

·          For reserving a Triple room, a room with 1 double bed and 1 single will be given. If there is 3-single bed room available, customers can change when request

·          Quadruple room is our family room, it best accommodates a family of 2 kids and 2 adults, or 4 girls. It is not advised for 4 men

·          Room name displayed in the booking engine would be: Triple Room => 3 Bed Privae Ensuite / Quadruple Room => 4 Bed Private Ensuite.
