When English Egyptologist and interior designer Diana von Cranach bought a piece of beachfront land in the northwest corner of Bali, her dream was to build laid-back luxury accommodation with top hotel service. The villas are traditional but have colonial touches and are designed for peace and privacy.
Puri Ganesha is exactly what a tropical holiday destination should be: beautiful, welcoming and unpretentious with super food! Puri Ganesha’s four very private one, two and three bedroom villas are situated on 400mtrs of sand & coral beach in the quiet, unspoiled fishing village of Pemuteran in the northwest corner of Bali, near the National Park, at a 3 ½ hours scenic drive from the airport.
The journey of about 3 ½ hours from the airport or from Ubud to get to Puri Ganesha might sound terribly long, but the drive does take you past the volcanic lakes and central mountains, through the coffee and clove plantations and through some of the most spectacular scenery on the island and there’s a stop half way.
